Has anyone else heard that Jack3d can be detrimenntal to your muscle growth? Ive been using Jack3d since it came out and loved the stuff. After reading some of the reviews online though, I may go back to using NO Xplode! What do other users think is the best pre workout supplement out there?

Im wondering actually what is really the best pre workout supplement out there. After reading all the great information about nurtritional sport supplements, and the pros and cons of all the different supplements…you don’t know whether to use Jack3d as it wastes your muscles, or NO xplode as its the most popular? What fo you people think?
